It is my pleasure to write this review and  recommendation on Medical Billing Resources.

I have been a client with them for close to two years. From the onset, I found the management individuals with whom we met to be knowledgeable and thorough while describing the gamut of services that they provide. Although they were highly recommended to me by reliable sources, the decision to send out our billing to them was based on the confidence I felt for the individuals I met.

During these past two years, I have come to appreciate the sincerity with which Maricela runs the business. She has consistently been responsive to all our needs, whether big or small. She and her team have gone out of their way to take care of our account as though it was their own practice.

I can say, without hesitation, that Maricela  have been there for us every step of the way. They are extremely pleasant to work with and could not try any harder to please.

Health Coded is helping with billing on some medications that my office uses through a specialty pharmacy. They were referred to us by a very satisfied client. They are so good. They have good customer service, they process the billing quickly, they use the right codes and if the insurance company that's involved has questions they answer them as quickly as possible. The speed of our reimbursements has gotten so much better since using Health Coded. Also, the percentage of approvals is much higher now. I recommend Health Coded to any medical office that is having issues with their billing company.
